Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog at northlinelabs.org, add items to your cart, and complete checkout in your browser. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email immediately.
We accept credit and debit cards directly at checkout through our secure hosted payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and your card details are never stored on our site.
Card declines are usually issued by your card-issuing bank, not us. Try a different card, or reach out to your bank to authorize the transaction. If the issue persists, email us at info@fresh-rx.com.
Yes. We use PCI-compliant card processing through a third-party hosted checkout, no card data is ever stored on our servers.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
All orders ship via UPS. Any communication you receive about your Northline Labs order via FedEx is not from us — please disregard those messages.
Orders placed before 2 PM CT typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM CT or on weekends ship the next business day. UPS Ground transit time is 1–5 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can paste it into ups.com to follow the package in real time.
If UPS tracking shows your package has been delayed beyond the expected window, email us at info@fresh-rx.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is third-party tested for identity and purity. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on the individual product pages at fresh-rx.com.
All Fresh-RX research peptides are manufactured in the United States to strict quality control standards.
No. All Fresh-RX products are sold strictly for research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. Decisions about personal use should always be made with a qualified healthcare provider.
Our research peptides are typically tested at 99%+ purity. Specific purity figures for each lot are listed on the product’s COA.

BOGO & Discounts

How does the BOGO promotion work?
Our standard promotion is Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. When two qualifying peptides are in your cart, the lower-priced item is automatically discounted 50% at checkout. The discount applies recursively — if you have four qualifying items, two of them will be discounted 50%.
No. Bacteriostatic water is excluded from the BOGO promotion. The discount only applies between two or more qualifying research peptides.
Yes — use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.
Most coupons can be used alongside the BOGO discount. Some codes are configured for individual use only — if a code doesn’t combine, the system will let you know at checkout.

Reconstitution & Storage

How do I reconstitute a peptide vial?
The standard research protocol is 2 mL of bacteriostatic water per 10 mg vial. Slowly inject the bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial — do not spray it directly onto the powder. Gently swirl (do not shake) until the solution is clear.
Store reconstituted vials refrigerated at 36–46°F (2–8°C). Most peptides remain stable for approximately 60 days after reconstitution when properly stored.

Yes, USP-grade Bacteriostatic Water is available directly on our site at $15.00 (10 mL) and $8.00 (3 mL). It will ship alongside your peptide order.

Standard 0.3 mL or 0.5 mL insulin syringes (sometimes called “slin pins”) are what’s commonly referenced in research protocols. We do not sell syringes directly, but they’re widely available at most pharmacies and online.

Issues & Returns

I received a damaged or incorrect product. What do I do?
Email us at info@fresh-rx.com with clear photos of the damage or the incorrect product, and your order number. Photos are required for any product issue review. We evaluate each case at our discretion; outcomes are not guaranteed.
All sales are final. Because our products are sold strictly for research purposes only, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide return labels. Damage or fulfillment issues should be reported by email with photos — outcomes are evaluated case by case.
Orders can sometimes be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Email us at hello@northlinelabs.org as soon as possible — we’ll do our best, but once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
