1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using info@fresh-rx.com (“the Site”) and purchasing products from Fresh-RX, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Intended Use
All products sold by Fresh-RX are intended strictly for scientific and laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.

3. No Medical Claims
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Fresh-RX makes no medical claims regarding any product.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

5. Promotions & Coupons
Promotional offers and coupon codes cannot be combined or stacked. Only one coupon may be applied per order. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

6. Refunds
All purchases made through this website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed  

7. Account & Order Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Fresh-RX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Fresh-RX and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Fresh-RX shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products purchased from this Site. By purchasing, you assume all responsibility for the proper handling and use of research materials.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Shipping Policy

Last Updated: March 20, 2026

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT may be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via UPS Ground and USPS depending on the destination. All shipments originate from California.

Delivery Estimates
Domestic (Continental US): 3-5 business days after shipment
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: 7-14 business days (shipped via UPS)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package through UPS.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state or local regulations.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
1.) Include your order number
2.) Provide clear photos of the issue
3.) Describe the problem in detail

After this timeframe, the order is considered accepted and no further action can be taken.

4. Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.

These research products do not come pre-mixed. They are shipped as pictured in powder form, as the product image portrays. Shipping compounded research products is illegal.
